About the job
As a Workforce Transformation Lead, you will be focused on the way extended workforce is managed across the Technical Infrastructure (TI) product area.
As the Workforce Transformation Lead for vendor management, you design, document, and implement integrated strategic vendor processes and metrics in support of TI’s initiatives. You will obtain alignment from stakeholders and strategic leadership to identify the highest value areas to drive efficiencies while improving opportunities.
You will infuse data-driven analytics into business decision-making and will provide expertise on workforce trends, growth drivers, and industry activity. You will develop and share insights to inform decisions that drive service improvements, planning, and more.
Responsibilities
Establish a clear road-map for multiple domains and industries documenting how strategic vendor capabilities will evolve.
Contribute thought leadership to center of excellence communities (CoE) for performance modeling and best practice sharing.
Leverage actionable, statistics-based insights to design a multi-year strategy that delivers speed, service, and cost savings.
Design structures to enhance service levels, reduce cost, and increase productivity.
Establish strategic vendor profiles that include Future of Work design concepts, worksite assessments, insourcing/outsourcing strategies for multiple domains, and risk mitigation strategies.
