• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
• Understanding of fundamental corporate finance principles and accounting concepts.
• Ability to work in an unstructured, fast changing environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing workload, and making decisions after accurately assessing business and financial trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Advanced skill with Google Slides, Google Sheets, or SQL.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it’s modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you’ll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You’ll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

Marketing Finance is a highly analytical team, dedicated to drive for the best economic value through thought leadership, partnership and collaboration. In this role, you will provide full finance support to business partners on the Ads Marketing team as well as offer scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. You will work in close partnership with finance colleagues from across Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Finance and consult on planning, reporting, and decision support for the wide range of activities (e.g., investment strategies for products, key market drivers or business profitability, and resource allocation).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,500-$124,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the core Finance processes in Marketing Finance including monthly financial reporting, spend approvals, contract reviews, month end close activities and variance reporting.
• Streamline financial processes to drive efficiencies for Finance and Marketing teams, including developing tools and data infrastructure as needed.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing reporting infrastructure and be a thought partner on Reporting for the future
• Support marketing strategies by sizing opportunities, modeling financial impact, synthesizing drivers of user and market trends, highlighting opportunities and risks for products, and conducting analysis
• Develop reporting tools and data infrastructure to explain spending activity and effectiveness across different initiatives to a range of audiences; design, implement, and maintain governance processes for managing investments and risk.
