Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with database querying and analysis (i.e. SQL coding and analysis)
Experience in or experience supporting internal recruiting/HR
Knowledge of accounting/core finance processes and standard finance systems
Ability to partner with team leads to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive impact
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and modeling skills
Excellent analytical and quantitative modeling skills

As a Financial Analyst, you will create a robust reporting methodology for the People Operations function through dashboard creation and reporting, while effectively optimizing the cost and efficiencies of these programs. You will use metrics and analysis to help leadership understand the financial impact of strategies, facilitate trade-offs discussions, and help identify opportunities to optimize business growth in key programs.
In this role, you will ensure excellent resource allocation, drive scenario planning, and help business leaders identify opportunities to improve operations. You will develop financial forecasts, monitor key performance indicators, and drive the scaling and automation of financial processes.

Responsibilities
Analyze spend management including Purchase Order (PO) approval/management, accruals and re-classes, spend trajectory and forecast updates, loading budgets, Corporate FP&A requests, and the annual plan process
Create reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, headcount tracking and payroll analysis, design scorecards/dashboards, and standard reporting packages
Partner with and influence complex partner relationships with leadership, Corporate Finance, and People Operations Services teams
Standardize processes, align financial reports/results decks, document business processes, and drive allocation improvements/reporting
Create and update training material for business partners and introduce finance tools
