In this role, you will work with teams throughout the globe who are building features and services for all users, you will be an advocate for users with disabilities, and ensure that accessibility is a priority and continues to improve.

Help define product/support vision and roadmap for accessibility and develop accessibility training and certification program for frontline IT support.
Serve as industry and assistive technologies subject matter expert in IT Support.
File bugs/reports on accessibility-related issues and follow up with product teams to ensure solutions are prioritized and in progress.
Recommend and develop process changes to improve service optimization and improvement, including service quality and availability.
Coordinate new services, projects, and system implementations as needed as well as deep-diving and analyzing accessibility technology and tool gaps.
