Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable/ payables, treasury transactions, or related fields, within a global multi-location organization with an organizational structure.
Preferred qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience with driving technology advancements and customer experience improvements from ideation through implementation and measurement of results.
Experience with SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Treasury and Cash Accounting team is responsible for ongoing consultation and accounting for all Treasury initiatives, including Cash, Investments, Borrowings, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Derivatives/Hedging. This includes technical accounting considerations, month-end and quarter-end close, internal controls, and internal and external (10Q/K) financial reporting for all Treasury areas.

Responsibilities
Prepare global cash reconciliations and ensure policies are adhered, while working closely with teams across the organization to investigate and resolve cash reconciling items.
Prepare and post accurate journal entries for accruals and cash related activities in accordance with our internal policies and SOX framework.
Support and implement repeatable and sustainable cash accounting processes as a result of changing business requirements and operations.
Assist in developing timely, accurate, insightful, actionable reporting, and dashboards for managing cash reconciliation metrics, performance, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Support the consolidated statement of cash flows process and determination of operating, investing, and financing activities.
