About the job
The Go-to-Market team works cross-functionally to set the overall sales strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and manage the quarterly and long-term business planning. Our team is responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines. We drive decisions for the product line to define market opportunities and to develop a Product Launch strategy. Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop the Hardware business.
The Channel Sales and Activations (CSA) Team mission is to drive global excellence and consistency in retail field programs by delivering outstanding customer experiences. The Global CSA team works cross-functionally to set the overall field programs strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and provide tools and resources to support regional and country teams.
You will bring the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware and services portfolio. You will be responsible for managing worldwide partnerships with carriers, retailers, and resellers. This includes the partnerships for products such as Pixel.

Drive global channel readiness ahead of launches (e.g., global/regional reporting and plan of record management).
Lead global compliance measurement at launch and throughout the year.
Partner closely with Marketing teams during design process to allow for realities of retail.
Build and grow relationships with colleagues, retail partners, and Google management.
Manage third-party agreement structure and negotiation (e.g., Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, and Request for Information), and price optimization processes.
