The Go-to-Market team works cross-functionally to set the overall sales strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and manage the quarterly and long-term business planning. Our team is responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines. We drive decisions for the product line to define market opportunities and to develop a Product Launch strategy. Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop the Hardware business.
The Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) team was formed with the purpose of bringing Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers, and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products such as Google Pixel, Google Nest, and Chromecast. You will be responsible for conducting market/industry analysis to determine where the mobile phone market is currently and where it’s headed. You’ll analyze data to guide and develop business planning and promotional strategy, run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts and program costs, and develop and maintain mid-to-long-term Google Pixel phone business strategy. You’ll also work cross-functionally and with regional Go-to-Market Leads to grow commercial discussions, channel readiness, product promotion, and execution.

Create and implement the governance model across the entire category business while working closely with regional sales teams to define launch strategy and execution for the Google Pixel mobile device.
Develop global agreement parameters, processes, and scorecards. Oversee agreement processes across regions, track for compliance and adherence to priorities.
Work cross-functionally to support mobile hardware business Go-to-Market activities for the Google Pixel mobile device to achieve goals within agreed upon financial metrics.
Lead development of Go-to-Market strategy for portfolio by partnering closely with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Analyze and determine key insights from key business growth, environment, trends, and operating metrics.
