At Google we focus on providing the best user experiences possible. Whether we’re creating new hardware devices, empowering our partners, or bringing the best of Chrome OS to our users, we take great care to ensure that our efforts will serve and inspire our customers and users. Google Platforms (Android, Chrome, and more) operate in an ecosystem of users, numerous original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, multiple channel partners, and countries. On the Partner Marketing team, we endeavor to bring the value of these platforms to life, via our OEM, carrier and retail partners, with a focus on the same user-first approach.
As a Global Partner Marketing Lead for Chromebooks, you will help define the future of Chromebooks. You will work closely with our global Chromebook Retail Marketing teams to scale best practice and programs globally. You will create internal and external partnerships that grow core user and business metrics. You will also work with cross-functional teams to build a scalable (OEM) partner marketing practice, influencing strategy, budget oversight, and overall performance. You will also inspire Partner Marketing teams across regions, drive best practices, and help grow retail and OEM marketing excellence globally, across all Chromebook markets.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google’s products solve the world’s problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
