The Global Sell-Side Solutions team helps power ad experiences by working to accelerate the growth of Google Ads’ platform products (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense). Our team acts as the consolidated representative for Business and Product teams to help define strategy and product direction that align partner feedback and Google’s business goals.
As a Global Product Lead on the Sell-Side Applications team, you will focus on Google’s Ads platforms for mobile apps. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive the overall commercialization strategy for product and feature launches. In addition, you will develop an understanding of the ad serving growth needs of Google’s application developers. You will also work to understand the landscape that Google must navigate in order to meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will also process technical and complex solutions. You’ll produce clear and concise solutions through collaboration with stakeholders to drive the successful development of products. In addition, you will help drive initiatives to support our goals of empowering the Sales/Services teams and accelerating product innovation globally. You will also liaise with Product and Sales leadership to ensure that product and growth strategies are aligned across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead global commercialization of solutions for mobile apps growth by managing projects on feature releases in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. Attain commercialization excellence with execution.
Develop an understanding of the challenges publishers, users, and Google face in relation to ad serving and growth for in-application ad serving that powers sustainable mobile application and game business.
Partner with cross-functional teams to set launch goals and determine commercialization strategies to land applications business platform features to market.
Maintain an understanding of the display advertising ecosystem and of ad management technology. Act as a key contributor in discussions between Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing teams.
Steer the growth and evolution of applications business platforms to fit the needs of top application developers by recommending and prioritizing innovative features that will help application publishers.
