Minimum qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in strategy, operations, and leading cross functional teams with a focus on results (e.g. customer adoption, building product strategy, and business strategy).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
Experience with strategic analysis including stakeholder management, executive communications, data discovery, and analysis to support strategic hypotheses.
Ability to work with ambiguity, change management, and take on complex business problems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

As one of the pillars of Core, the Developer team aims to make Google development fast and easy. We do this by building products and packaged solutions that enable streamlined development of apps and services across Server, Web, and Mobile as well as the foundational tools and services used for development across Google. Our team is responsible for improving the adoption and fit of Core Developer Solutions, guiding products throughout the execution cycle. You will be focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our customer teams. You will play a pivotal role as a domain expert and represent the voice-of-the-customer, based on your understanding of product area strategic and technical goals, to drive product strategy in deep partnership with the respective Solutions lead in addition to Developer Relations, Developer Intel, Project Management Organization, Engineering, UX and Engineering Productivity (EngProd) teams.
The Go-To-Market Lead will be a central conduit helping leadership form a prioritized and comprehensive picture of product area context and developing and executing go-to-market activities that drive business performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Educate and enable channel partners (EngProd, Site Reliability Engineering) and customer (Product Area) teams, oversee development of collateral (e.g. pitch decks, case studies, product demos, comparisons, value propositions, ROI models, etc.) highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
Work to reduce objections and simplify the consideration phase of the solution. Identify reference customers and work with partner teams to localize and optimize collateral to the customer.
Headline cross product area, market research, and analysis projects to feed insights, competitive intelligence, and customer voice into the product discovery process to influence product roadmap, strategy, guide executive decision, and build capabilities that deliver high quality outcomes to our customers.
Be responsible for all go-to-market coordination for your solution including product launch and marketing plan as well as validating key messaging and strategy with customer teams.
