About the job
Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will work at a global scale and help define and grow the future of the Android. Working with our global Product, Research, and UX teams, Android Product Marketing supports every facet of the Android business. In product development this includes product research, positioning, naming, analyzing industry and market trends, feature prioritization, and guiding future product development.

Responsibilities
Own ongoing research to analyze market analysis/user insights, and provide recommendations to Product Management, Go-To-Market, and Sales teams.
Define marketing strategies to acquire and engage consumers in our premium device business. Find and size market opportunities to influencing buy-in and execute programs.
Work with design agencies to oversee the development of creative pieces that share ideas and strategies with cross-functional leads.
Keep up-to-date with the latest development at Android and with apps. Influence Product Management and Marketing prioritization across Android, Google, and third-party apps.
