Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in growth marketing, influencing media efficiency and conversion rates at a B2B or B2C technology or SaaS company.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience working together with creatives, copywriters, designers, developers, and agencies to launch and scale digital programs (e.g., websites, digital ads, email, etc.).
Experience running or being part of a large online acquisition program for a B2B product.
Experience using digital marketing tools and ad platforms (e.g., Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) and with data tools for visualization, analysis, and reporting (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Sheets, etc.).
Experience in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Analytics to launch and expand growth initiatives.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Growth Marketer for the Google Maps Platform, you will help brings the best of Maps to businesses. You will use data and experimentation to drive growth, while testing and iterating. You will fine-tune small details and strategically think about the overall plan.

Responsibilities
Uncover user insights, define key segments, and drive customer acquisition and growth programs across owned and paid channels in collaboration with other growth organizations.
Develop requirements for UX and features, partner with other teams to execute and set up measurement plans, and track impact of initiatives and experiments.
Drive experience optimizations throughout the customer journey using A/B and multivariate testing tools.
Oversee the website acquisition growth roadmap informed by qualitative and quantitative insights.
Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs in terms of conversions, activations, and growth. Improve, iterate, and expand the programs over time.
