The Platforms & Ecosystems Partner Enablement team empowers partners to successfully sell and support devices that deliver the best of Google. We work closely with a wide range of partners — including manufacturers, carriers, retailers, and resellers — to deliver product training, go-to-market assistance, and customer support consultation. We also channel the voice of partners to internal teams and help build excellent products. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to enabling consumer and enterprise Android partners worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that we provide excellent training and support to these partners and drive measurable improvements to their business, including a more knowledgeable customer-facing workforce, higher sales of Android phones, and improved customer service. You will also work with cross-functional leadership to understand evolving business needs and advocate for the team. Above all, you will lead by example and bring out the best in your team, creating a psychologically safe and inclusive culture based on trust, humility, and respect.
Responsibilities
Manage a high-performing team that delights both internal and external stakeholders.
Enable personal and professional development for each team member by providing regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Ensure team operations are effective, consistent, and efficient worldwide.
Establish excellent working relationships with internal leadership across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Partner Engineering teams.
Oversee annual business planning and advocate on behalf of the team, ensuring it has the resources and tools it needs to be effective.
