Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in creative advertising development/sales.
5 years of experience managing teams.
Experience leveraging data analytics to source business and/or insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in ad effectiveness, brand measurement techniques, and dataset systems (e.g., SQL).
Experience in business strategy development.
Ability to think strategically and extract meaningful output from data to develop insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Ability to present ideas to external creative and media agency audiences/clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a large team of leads who analyze and optimize clients’ YouTube ads. The goal is to enable these ads to perform better. You will develop cross-functional collaboration across all US sectors and product teams.
You will guide your teams to work to collaborate with and drive alignment and buy-in across creative and marketing stakeholders. You will drive the team’s output and impact, and represent the team inside the organization and develop offerings/processes.
You will be a resource across the organization and beyond Google to elevate creative effectiveness on Google/YouTube, an expert in translating Google data into actionable recommendations to inform brand strategy, YouTube assets, and creative analysis.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Manage team members, operations, and strategy. Support teams to identify compelling Google data to inform creative briefs and overarching brand strategy.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients, and develop and scale service offerings. Work closely with management team to update on progress and communicate back changing needs, strategies, and tactics.
Create opportunities/recommendations for creative direction, generate creative assets made/edited for YouTube all based on Google data/insights.
Author thought leadership on elevating creative effectiveness/higher performing creative assets on YouTube across Strategy/Creative/Analysis.
Work with internal Creative Works leadership to further scale the teams’ efforts.
