7 years of experience in leading data science and analytics teams.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in running a business developing analytical solutions including data observability.
Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams including both technical and non-technical members.
Experience with influencing stakeholders and leadership.
Experience using data for storytelling.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Provide technical direction for design, development, and validation for the data and insights team.
Define and execute the team’s strategy and roadmap while leading development and analytics platform’s best practices.
Motivate a team of Data Scientists, Product Analysts, Technical Program Managers, Engineers, and Application Developers for coaching, development, and aiding their careers.
Create and lead new existing initiatives that improve the curation and quality of the data for our systems and NPI platforms.
Work with business, engineering and product teams to strategize and deliver insights.
