Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience as a people leader running technical engagements with clients

• Experience in people management

• Experience in coding (e.g., Python, Java, or C++), databases (e.g. SQL), and web technology (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Experience managing geographically distributed teams with diverse backgrounds (e.g., technology, operations, customer facing)

• Knowledge of the digital advertising space

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Solutions Engineers partnering with Engagement Managers and Ad Solution Architects who work alongside sales, in relationship with major advertisers.
• Build and manage the relationship between Professional Services and Sales Leadership, co-owning a book of business, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth with technical services and solutions focused on Google Ads and Google Cloud related integrations.
• Develop plans, design, and refine services to support customer needs, getting buy-in from executive business stakeholders, using quantitative analysis, industry research, and advertiser feedback.
• Resolve customer relationship management situations that have a significant impact on the execution of customer objectives, ensuring advertiser needs are met in a time-sensitive fashion.
• Understand and advocate for initiatives across Sales Global Support, Product Operations, and more.
