As Head of Industry, you will work collaboratively to solve challenges in retail and grow the business. The Big Box team manages partnerships with retailers, plays a key role in leading our customers to navigate the changing retail ecosystem, and evolving omnichannel customer. In this role, you will lead relationships, manage investments in ads, and work closely with cross-functional teams like Platforms, Google Cloud, Hardware, and Google Health.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Manage the core business team and engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drive growth for our customers and Google.
Develop and foster executive relationships. Take ownership for growing, accelerating, and expanding these critical businesses.
Analyze data trends and performance, develop strategic business plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations and narratives.
Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership that equips teams across Large Customer Sales (LCS) to deliver growth.
Develop and retain talent in all roles across the team.
