This organization drives the strategy, design, planning, and operations of Google Customer Solutions (GCS). In this role, you will manage program design, strategy, and operations for GCS’s teams. Your goal is to bring the best of Google to our Mid-Market customers and to generate sustainable impact for Google.
You will design and implement program segmentation, role and pod structures, book assignment logic, and manage day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of program managers to design and implement customer segmentation, develop assignment logic to ensure the right support for each customer, and run program operations to drive impact for customers and Google. You will support your team members with problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication, while providing mentorship to support professional development and career growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of program managers, facilitating the design, launch, execution, and landing of Mid-Market program priorities.
Design and implement program segmentation, role and pod structures, book assignment logic, and manage day-to-day operations.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage program vision.
Drive project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams, and support operations while safeguarding program impact.
