In this role, you will help shape how our customers grow their Search investment with Google. You will partner cross-functionally with vertical sales management and go-to-market teams to bring new Search offerings to market, drive key product metrics, and influence future Search product roadmap.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Establish deep relationships and become a thought partner with key Sales Director business partners, leading strategic initiatives related to Search and on behalf of the broader performance specialist team.
Problem solve on key customer challenges and remove organizational barriers for your team needed to hit goals. Design scaled thought leadership and Search execution plans across key verticals.
Demonstrate domain expertise and a strategic point of view in both internal and external customer settings.
Establish quarterly/annual key performance indicators (KPIs) for Search and mobilize your team to hit product adoption goals via strong collaboration across sales teams. Collect and articulate product feedback and future customer asks through the Go-to-Market organization.
Demonstrate excellent people management/team results by communicating clear/consistent performance expectations and providing coaching to individuals on your team.
