About the job
As a key leader for Fitbit Subscription and Services, you’ll lead product marketing and go-to-market strategies for core Fitbit Subscriptions experiences. You’ll lead the strategy and drive consumer product marketing work developing insights and value propositions, and influencing the product roadmap. You’ll build a compelling vision and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
As a Head of Product Marketing leading a market within our core product experience at Fitbit, you’ll develop and drive strategy and oversee all product marketing activities to help Fitbit Subscriptions be the best, most trusted and valued health and wellness experience ever. You will partner closely with the Product team representing our users and influencing our product roadmap through insights and data. You will craft product narratives for users, partners, and other key external stakeholders.

Establish and execute on a vision for Subscriptions and Services with a consumer-first approach as an integrated experience with devices or as a stand-alone experience
Create and drive a culture of excellence and high-performance, while ensuring a positive experience for marketers and product managers you work with
Collaborate with Consumer Research to synthesize insights to inform product marketing strategy for acquisition and retention, and build insights into thought leadership to inform and inspire the direction of our efforts across services experiences
Collaborate with Performance, CRM, and Integrated marketing to create data-driven marketing strategies and plans with standardized reporting
Ensure Fitbit Subscriptions has a strong consumer and market narrative for key moments like events and announcements, while leading the development of impactful consumer messaging to specific audiences to achieve desired results
