Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience (e.g., labor and employee relations and implementing people programs)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as an HR consultant and driving leadership effectiveness
Experience in HR, labor relations, people programs, or other large scale people-related roles in a manufacturing environment
Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and work within constraints
Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop scalable recommendations for action
Ability to drive improvements through effective influence and cross-functional partnership
Excellent partner, communication, customer service, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
About the job
As a Human Resource Partner, you will be partnering with our Data Center business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. You will be coaching clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues. In this role, you will work seamlessly across People Operations and in close partnership with the Global Data Center organization.
Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with Data Center leaders, partner to enhance leadership effectiveness, and advise on people related strategies
Provide HR support through dynamic consultations (i.e., answering employee/manager questions about HR programs, policies, performance management, talent development, labor/employee relations, etc.) and triage inquiries
Partner across People Operations and within the Data Center organization to plan and execute initiatives that grow our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (i.e., culture initiatives that enhance site health and well-being)
Identify opportunities to enhance HR policies and Googler experience and create data-driven solutions
Work onsite 3 days per week, and travel up to 30% of the time, as needed
