The Hybrid Cloud Services team assists with the entire hardware/software lifecycle, including planning, deployment, maintenance, upgrading, monitoring, and capacity planning. Our services are especially crucial for hybrid engagements where Google Cloud is delivering and maintaining infrastructure inside the customer’s on-premises environment. These deployments incorporate requirements such as disconnected mode, security clearance, sovereign, and geographical constraints.

Responsibilities
Initiate, recommend, and deliver customer-focused process and systems improvements of varying complexity and scope.
Be responsible for stakeholder management and developing well defined milestones and roadmaps.
Assist our customers in the coordination of Lifecycle Management (e.g., upgrades, release cycles, Hardware and Software interoperability, configuration, testing, and validation).
Coordinate with a wide array of third-party ISVs and partners to ensure tight integration of their processes and workflows with Google Hybrid Cloud.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, document workflows, processes, identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, drive consensus, and facilitate change.
