- Ability to independently drive work streams with limited supervision.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Upskill Integrated Sector Account Managers on video products, best practices, ways of working with key partner teams aligned with YouTube objectives and key results and Business Financial Managers.
- Partner with pods, Analytical Leads, and gCare to create and activate plays/pitches that enable Account Managers.
- Embrace culture of re-use by scaling processes, establishing consistency, and fostering collaboration within the Account Manager community.
- Build Account Manager centers of excellence with focused trainings, ramp expectations, and formal mentorship. Create Account Manager leadership opportunities with folks serving as go-to-internal advocate on specific topics (e.g., YouTube Search Reserve, VAC).
- Navigate Go-To-Market and advocate for Integrated Sector Video Account Manager needs and resources (e.g., reach planning, Display and Video 360 vs YouTube implementation, VAC best practices, video measurement fundamentals).
