Minimum qualifications:
9 years of experience in analytics or data science role with 3 years of experience with product-growth work such as communication channels (e.g., email, push notifications, etc.).
Experience with Python and C++ or Java.
Experience in people management.
Experience in SQL, data-processing software, and statistical software.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or related discipline, or 6 years of relevant experience with quantitative focus.
Experience shaping product features, and user growth strategies across multiple media channels (e.g., web, mobile, email, etc.).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL, and reporting/analytics tools and environments.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to represent, and influence discussions involving quantitative concepts and data-based stories.
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to connect the dots between the data to develop hypothesis for Product and Growth team to take action.

In this role, you will be analyzing large data sets and shaping data pipelines that power our projects, working cross-functionally and directing the work of our extended analyst team globally. You will be accountable for the analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve our user experience and program performance across various channels.
Responsibilities
Drive data infrastructure needs across various ads marketing programs, and ensure privacy standards are met.
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our programs.
Bring a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices to growth focused marketing and engineering teams.
Partner with cross-functional leads to define, implement, and track key performance indicators for user acquisition, retention, and engagement for programs.
Develop insights for program changes that drive growth with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Content teams.
