Experience using web developer tools for production work.
Experience with open source web frameworks.

The Web Platform team plays a large role in maintaining and improving the Web, through its work on the open-source Chromium project and related efforts, and its collaboration with the Chrome Browser app team and many other internal and external partners.
The team is on a mission to make Web interactions delightful, to expand what’s possible on the Web, and to simplify modern Web development. To this end, the team works on a growing suite of tools used by millions of developers daily, and helps drive programs that incentivize high-quality web experiences.
You will lead Chrome’s Web Developer tooling and program efforts, focused on making the web developer experience clearer and easier.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Product Managers in charting the future of both our tools and our programs.
Work closely with Chrome’s Developer Relations team on how we explain the web platform to developers and promote the behaviors that lead to success and high-quality user experiences.
Work closely with the Web Platform leadership team, inclusive of Engineering Directors.
Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth.
