About the job
In this role, you will help provide high-touch, direct program, project, and system operations management for Google Legal’s Products and Agreements teams. Your program management and operations expertise, personable approach, and cross-functional collaboration facilitates improved operational efficiency and better overall support for legal team members.
Responsibilities
Work with the Legal Department’s Products and Agreements teams to design, launch, and execute program management across strategic initiatives that deliver on the operational needs of the department.
Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams/programs and develop structure that allows for effective communication across stakeholder teams to improve efficiency and delivery on program goals.
Navigate complex goals and break them into achievable tasks, pulling in other resources as necessary, to effectively progress an initiative.
Contribute to the creation and sharing of playbooks to incorporate learnings and experiences into the framework of the team and benefit the growth of others.
