As a member of the team, you have a direct impact on design and feature enhancements to keep our systems running smoothly. You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues. As the Network Engineering Manager, you will help build and scale our enterprise network. You will be responsible for leading a team of network engineers. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and meet their requirements, and help the team drive efficiency into our tools, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve daily engineering challenges
Plan and execute across cross-functional projects and assist with operational events and escalations
Own all facets of performance and career management for the team through effective technical and soft-skill mentoring, coaching, and planning
Evaluate potential candidates, participate in initial phone screens, and provide guidance and feedback during on-site interviews
