About the job
As a manager of MIO’s Product Specialists, you will guide your team to support YouTube’s growing music operations in the US, Europe, and Asia, interacting with local collecting societies, music labels, and publishers who operate globally. Your team’s efforts will be related to helping both our product and engineering teams offer exceptional solutions to our global music partners and to helping our business teams operationalize, scale, and streamline global music business generation on YouTube.
Our team works closely with cross-regional teams covering YouTube business development, content operations, and legal. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in engineering, product, and sales organizations.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
