Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, management consulting, or business development
2 years of experience in direct people management

Master’s degree

Experience identifying opportunities for program and process improvements
Ability to work independently and in ambiguity across multiple functions to deliver outcomes
Ability to structure analysis and synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights
Excellent executive level communication and analytical skills

In this role, you will focus on our Customer Onboarding business. You will lead a team in identifying and executing projects that will accelerate development and improve productivity across customers. You will develop solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business challenges while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and implementation.

Responsibilities
Identify, coordinate, and launch strategic initiatives to develop the business and/or improve operational performance
Communicate cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution on program priorities
Lead quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights. Design/execute pilots, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for global implementation
Support quarterly and annual business reviews/planning processes
Lead and develop a team of program managers
