Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of experience within risk, audit, security and access, and/or a similar field.

3 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree.

Experience in managing, organizing, and executing on large scale and multi-dimensional security programs.

Ability to organize data and apply business context to improve processes or operations.

Ability to apply critical problem solving skills and propose solutions that optimize operational performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global team environment.

Excellent leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and verbal/communications skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of program managers to plan, monitor, and deliver on gTech Security and Access initiatives.

Design, implement, and monitor technical controls focused on access management solutions for a varied and complex service portfolio.

Build relationships and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product areas as well as Security, Privacy, Legal, and Engineering.

Issue resolution for security related areas (e.g., Identity Access Management and IT Risk).

Monitor technical risk landscape and identify emerging/future risks.
