gTech’s Business and Outsourcing Strategy and Services team (gBOSS) provides consultative services to gTech, the Global Business Organization (GBO), and Google at large, enabling each part of our business by developing innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions that allow gTech to run efficient operations with the best vendor partners at optimal cost while minimizing risk.

Partner with key stakeholders internally and externally to build trusted relationships.
Hire and mentor a team of Vendor Strategy Managers that enables them to provide extended workforce solutions that maximize value for stakeholders.
Manage complex commercial negotiations and critical projects directly with gTech’s extended workforce partners that solve unique business problems for our stakeholders.
Oversee team capacity, and continuously improve operating efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Manage reporting and preparation for the steering committee meetings and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders and the performance process for your direct reports.
