About the job
The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization helps small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) grow their businesses online by using our Google Ads products and solutions. We maintain daily interactions with SMB advertisers and advocate for many Google Ads customers.
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic internal campaigns and initiatives in close collaboration with our partners in Sales, Strategy and Operations, and Corporate Communications. You’ll inspire our team members and work on marketing campaigns to reach our Sales teams. In addition, you will be involved with internal marketing strategy from beginning to end. You’ll also lead user research, determine message positioning and branding, and build and execute full go-to-market strategy to help shape effective communication with our teams at scale.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google’s products solve the world’s problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
