Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience working or consulting in marketing or digital media.
Experience with SQL and Python.
Experience measuring digital advertising campaigns using data from programmatic buying and online platforms.
Experience building dynamic dashboards in spreadsheets, slides, or interactive data products (e.g. Tableau).
Experience building standard predictive models (e.g. linear/logistic regression and clustering)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, etc.), business intelligence tools, and data warehouses.
Basic knowledge of testing design and random sampling techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner to senior clients.

As part of Large Customer Sales (LCS), the Platforms Solutions team helps deliver better customer advertising results and accelerate the growth of the Platforms business. As a Marketing Science Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive initiatives that increase product adoption and influence media activation through advanced measurement. The Marketing Science team is responsible for delivering advanced analysis and predictive modeling to help Google Marketing Platform customer advance their digital maturity. In this role, you will help shape how new and existing businesses grow, providing excellent customer service, research, and data analysis. As a Marketing Science Lead, you will be a strategist who anticipates how decisions are made, persistently exploring and uncovering the business needs of Google’s key customers and understands how our range of product offerings can grow their business. To create customer impact, you will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to build and implement innovative solutions.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Support the growth of Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics through analysis of Enterprise customer’s data.
Develop forward thinking, data-driven recommendations that align with client marketing objectives.
Develop custom recommendations that consolidate multiple client data workflows to reflect a unified view of the customer.
Partner with Digital Media Managers, Product Managers, Sales and Sales Operations to develop and test tools, templates, and frameworks to streamline and scale client analyses.
Collaborate with the team to educate and train clients/agencies on how to best architect and optimize Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.
