5 years of experience in managing a network infrastructure deployment team.
Top Secret US Government Security Clearance required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with network design, installation, and maintenance for service providers, or large enterprise networks.
Experience with field-based work in People Operations (POps), carrier hotels, data centers, and central office environments.
Experience with creating rack elevations and other planned/install/as-built documentation.
Understanding of network theory, technologies, and the operation of optical transport and IP network systems.
Strong understanding of network design, equipment, and infrastructure.
Ability to manage people, and drive execution while furthering the personal needs and aspirations of your team’s members.

Responsibilities
Develop project roadmaps, establish project goals, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership.
Advocate continuous process improvements and work with teams to drive down unit cost and increase value-add for our end-users, customers, and stakeholders.
Anticipate bottlenecks and shifts in usage, address inefficiencies, simplify and standardize existing solutions, increase availability, and reliability.
Identify and develop technical leadership within the teams by working alongside the Tech Leads (TLs) to set the direction of the immediate team and closely associated teams.
Drive efficiencies through automation as well as standardization for creation and automation of deployment packages.
