Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in sales in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with sales cycles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience consulting in cloud based technologies.
- Experience in enterprise sales, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and effectively influence decision-makers.

As a New Business Sales Specialist, you will develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in an assigned market and work both individually, and with the broader Google Cloud Sales team and partner ecosystem to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Google Workspace opportunities. Your mission is to deliver our suite of cloud-based collaboration, productivity, generative AI, and security tools to these organizations.
In this role, your primary focus will be on building a robust pipeline and working directly with account teams to tailor customized solutions for our valued customers. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with key stakeholders and IT decision makers across various functional teams and industries. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers, identifying their unique needs and challenges both from a business and technical perspective.
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns to generate pipeline growth, accurately forecast outcomes, and lead prospects through every stage of the business cycle.
- Gain expertise in the Google Workspace business process, analyzing potential in assigned territories and developing structured territory plans.
- Develop deep technical knowledge and conversational proficiency in Google Workspace services (e.g., Duet AI, Voice, Cloud Identity Premium, and Chrome).
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, actively influencing long-term strategic direction and establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor.
