Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in ad sales
Experience in coaching and facilitating training
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
Deep understanding of effective training processes within Global Customer Solutions (GCS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) sales processes and cycles
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Google Shopping, etc.)
Ability to help shape the future of Google’s sales teams
Ability to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, influence executive stakeholders
Solid business judgment and operational excellence, with ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
Demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight
About the job
In this role, you will help to develop and enhance sales skills for both new and current Googlers in the Global Business Organization (GBO). You will regularly facilitate highly engaging courses that span multiple weeks and collaborate with content creation experts to ensure workshops are highly interactive and achieve their learning objectives.
Responsibilities
Support the design, execution, and measurement of a blended learning experience for GCS and LCS Googlers.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape and optimize the training content and materials, ensuring impact and alignment with sales organizations.
Deliver feedback and proactive program design recommendations to improve upon content and impact.
Drive operational excellence, taking a data driven approach to find efficiencies in what we do while managing central resources with transparency and accountability.
