Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in data analysis, strategy, and customer-facing roles.
5 years of experience in operations, project or program management, or product marketing.
Experience achieving quarterly goals.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience running go-to-market, business growth, marketing, and/or customer success programs.
Experience with platform integrations.
Ability to decipher, analyze, and draw insights from large datasets of ads product performance results, A/B tests, and performance benchmarking.
Ability to communicate with stakeholder groups on both technical and non-technical matters.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of clients growth marketing to acquire, grow small/medium businesses (SMBs) at scale.

In this role, you will cultivate partnerships to ensure they can take full advantage of Google’s offerings while delivering business impact through growth. You will lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that drive joint value for our users, products, and programs.

Responsibilities
Drive data-driven scaled go-to-market plans to drive Google Ads acquisitions in partnership with technology platforms.
Design systems for account support and optimization, ensuring accounts integrated into partners’ platforms are provided with the best customer experience possible via our partner’s tools/solutions and identify opportunities for partners to retain and grow their existing customer portfolio.
Develop forward-thinking recommendations based on data-driven analysis that aligns with partner and advertiser goals. Quantify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
Build client-facing relationships in partners’ platform teams, including Marketing and Product technical stakeholders, serve as a liaison with the partner regarding go-to-market activations and their impact, product launches, and advertising opportunities while ensuring that partners are satisfied with their business growth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Google teams globally.
