The Global Channel Partner team is the strategic partnership of Google Customer Solutions (GCS). Channel Partner focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with leading technology companies in the small business space. We are focused on empowering small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) with Google’s advertising solutions all toward the goal of driving business growth for customers, partners, and Google. Members of this team gain broad exposure to products and teams as we’re identifying and implementing solutions that best suit the unique needs of channel partners and their SMB customers.
In this role, you’ll cultivate partnerships to ensure they can take full advantage of Google’s offerings while delivering business impact to the partner through direct and indirect growth. You will help discuss opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs.

Responsibilities
Drive scaled go-to-market plans to drive Google Ads acquisitions in partnership with technology platforms. Identify and promote additional opportunities for partners to retain and grow their customer portfolio.
Develop forward-thinking recommendations based on data-driven analysis and align with partner and advertiser goals. Quantify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
Develop excellent customer-facing relationships in partners’ platform teams, including Marketing and Product technical stakeholders who own roadmap decisions and product launch processes.
Serve as liaison with partner regarding product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that partners are satisfied with their business growth.
Design systems for account support and optimization, ensuring accounts integrated into partners’ platforms are provided with the best customer experience possible via our partner’s tools and solutions.
