As a Marketing professional, you are a fully dedicated business leader with the opportunity to shape the future of Waze. You take part in the complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of Waze, while helping it grow and engage its loyal user base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, web, product development, engineering and more. The role will enable you to shape Waze’s development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy.

As a Partnerships and Consumer Marketing Manager for Waze, you will be responsible for driving consumer growth and engagement in the US market and leading partner marketing. You will create an integrated above and below the line, in-app communication strategy to launching new products to provide marketing support innovative Waze partnerships.
Waze Marketing is responsible for creating the overall Waze experience starting with the brand, messaging, communications, design, social media, multi-media and more. As part of the product team, we work side by side with R&D to initiate and create new projects and products. We strive for simple, leveled up communications and excellent brand management. We are looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial edge, and a strong inclination towards design and visual.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evolve consumer strategies for the US market that drive awareness, adoption and usage of our products for priority audience segments in the US market
Work closely with our Brand and Creative teams to manage and grow the Waze brand and loyalty in the US market, and collaborate with centralized teams to connect regional needs and requirements to global brand and product initiatives
Work cross-functionally to develop, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns, programs and promotions in the US market
Work closely with our Partnership functions to integrate Partner Marketing-led platform launches and activations
Own US marketing budget and accountability for driving progress against key goals and Key Performance Indicators
