The gCare Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team plays a critical role in Google’s success, supporting Sales teams, advertisers, and products that enhance business potential. Our goal in gCare GCS is to be trusted experts for our customers, internal stakeholders, and create a growing ads ecosystem where our customers are successful.
In addition to consulting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users.
The gCare GCS Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team is designed to drive high-value and impact for businesses. We develop customer-centric strategy and solutions to meet the business/marketing objectives of our advertisers.
