As a Platforms Billing Specialist, you will work with a wide variety of Google’s clients to solve complex customer challenges. Your expert product knowledge, solutions-oriented mentality, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent customer service, will enable our fast-growing Google Marketing Platforms business to scale while providing a consistently high level of support to our customers.
As Platforms Billing Specialist, you will execute administrative processes associated with billing and contracting issue resolution for our Platforms customers. In this capacity you will work side by side with our Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Billing support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience in the area of contracting and billing, and to develop best practices to streamline contracting and setup for agreements.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Act as main client contact for billing topics and ensure a speedy resolution of billing issues, e.g. requesting credits and rebills etc.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to source required information for troubleshooting, and with Support teams to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
Help to build out best practices to improve and streamline our billing processes.
Provide support to Account Executives in closing non-standard agreements: advising on contract setup and gathering the required client and agency information, working cross-functionally if necessary for multi-market agreements.
Operational tasks associated with contract processing management.
