Minimum qualifications:
MBA or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance/Investment Banking, and/or Venture Capital.
Experience with product/technical infrastructure, cloud, enterprise, and business-to-business companies.
Experience with program management or program projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with data modeling and reporting.
Ability to deliver effective presentations on findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, written, verbal, communication, and analysis skills with impeccable business judgment.

Our goal is to streamline the development of Google Cloud through system innovations and provide an excellent experience for both internal and external users. Within GCBP, our Partner team drives tools that help our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators (SI), and partners drive the development of the Google Cloud business.

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $174,000 – $187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities
Envision, build, and lead operational processes and practices that drive excellence, accountability, and efficiency for the leader, leadership team, and organization.
Drive development and annual updates of the partner team’s strategic plan.
Partner at an executive level to shape and define management operational priorities and execution plans. Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership.
Develop market and strategic analyses by working with Leadership and Product Management teams (e.g., market sizing, buy/build/partner assessment, and strategy).
Lead projects, short-term initiatives, and product areas-wide cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations. Communicate findings to executive management.
