As the Product and Business Planning Lead on the Google Nest Product Planning team, you will build, optimize, and scale up new and existing hardware and services businesses. You will closely partner with product, engineering, go-to-market (GTM), finance, and operations to orchestrate the business planning of new products and partnerships. The role combines strategy, planning, and profit and loss (P&L) management, as well as day-to-day operational execution.
Responsibilities
Drive profit and loss favorability and own the end-to-end business outcomes of the product category.
Partner with product, engineering, GTM, finance, operations, and others to define category roadmaps, set and meet goals, and direct program success for new and existing products.
Launch Google Nest hardware products globally, working cross-functionally with program management, marketing, sales, business development, product management, engineering, and other teams.
Drive operational excellence, continual product improvements, and scale.
Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations.
