Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of Product Management and Development experience at a semiconductor company.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with developer tools for mobile compute applications targeting processors such as GPU, DSP, or specialized Machine Learning accelerators.
Experience with high-level Machine Learning frameworks, toolchains, and developer tools.
Familiarity with software development life cycles for machine learning experiences, and associated challenges.
Excellent communication skills to guide initiatives with cross-functional teams as well as with executive management.

Responsibilities
Own and create the next generation of Tools portfolio for Tensor TPU.
Define tools roadmap to help developers easily productize ML based use cases on Google Tensor.
Define key performance indicators to ensure that the tools are on track for delivering developer value, measuring tools adoption, development speed, ease of use, developer satisfaction, development cost, and product impact etc.
Work with Hardware and Software Engineering as well as cross-functional ML infrastructure and tools teams to get alignment and execute on the roadmap.
Develop working relationships with developer teams, get alignment and feedback on tools roadmap, validate new tools with key performance indicators and customer feedback, and pivot accordingly.
