Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of product management experience with technical products.

Technical education or work experience.

Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in technology or business related field.

Experience developing or managing mobile, developer-facing, or tools-oriented products.

Ability to lead the product development lifecycle such as setting actionable goals and roadmaps, driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams, and measuring and delivering impact.

Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

On this team we focus on mobile app developers at Google, their Product teams, and their external developer partners, providing them with the development platform and infrastructure to rapidly create, iterate on, scale, and ship high-quality mobile products.

As the Product Management team for Core Developer Mobile, we drive the product strategy for Google’s mobile developer platform, helping every product team at Google achieve higher velocity, greater quality, and more robust services, as well as leveraging the platform to transform the way mobile apps are built at Google.

Responsibilities

Manage one of the most critical journeys of the development lifecycle, enabling Google product teams and third-party developers to test and optimize their experiences for a rapidly expanding set of surfaces (mobile, wearables, smart home, ambient computing, etc.).

Work with Engineering and Operations teams to define and execute on a product roadmap that provides a unified platform that is comprehensive, automated, and reliable.

Work closely with customers and partner teams across Google, exercising strong collaboration skills.

Accelerate and transform the work of thousands of developers at Google to define the future of Google’s mobile development, and enable our Product teams to create excellent and delightful experiences.
