Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of product management experience with Web Application Framework products and Open Source Collaborators, partners, and the web community.
Experience with Web Frameworks Developer Ecosystem.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.).
Master’s degree in a technology or business related field.
Experience working with enterprise customers in managing security or build systems products.
Experience leading or working with Open Source Software communities.
Experience working with multiple functional areas (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing, etc.).
Knowledge of Software Supply Chain Security issues.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

This is a critical role to support and scale Bazel in the open source community. Bazel is an open source software tool for the automation of building and testing of software supported by Google.
Lead the Open Source Product Management for Bazel and other build/test related tools and focus on secure software supply chain.
Work with developer relation and engineering to lead Google’s Open Source Community Engagement for Bazel.
Prioritize and create Bazel open source roadmap to foster developer ecosystems and measure/communicate to executive leadership.
Participate and lead community events and activities to help influence product roadmap, grow product usage, and developer satisfactions.
Understand the market trends and emerging technology areas in open source products for build and security technologies.
