5 years of Product Management experience (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).
Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
Experience working with a design team to develop consumer facing technologies.
Experience working in consumer communications or social products.
Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional teams.
Experience experimenting with and validating new ideas at scale.
Experience having landed cross-organizational initiatives at scale.

Our mission on People and Sharing is to strengthen user connectedness across Google. We provide cohesive experiences for all Google apps and enable users to easily discover and connect with the right people at the right time, everywhere. The People and Sharing team works closely with the other teams to build new features and to support their product initiatives. Our consumer experiences are widely used across Google.
Partner closely with design and research to identify opportunities for Groups at Google.
Work with Engineering team to test, execute and ship primitives and APIs per the roadmap.
Collaborate with other product areas to amplify the impact of Groups.
Identify and act on opportunities for new features and experiences.
