Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in performance marketing, including experience with Google platforms
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with, managing, and influencing multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners
Experience working with local markets in a marketing role
Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills with the ability to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital media jargon into easily understandable language/communication

Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Google Ads Acquisitions Marketing team is responsible for growing our advertiser base and delivering business growth. In this role, you will focus on scaled acquisitions through funnel optimization, and testing on product positioning and scaled communications. You will leverage traditional and online marketing marketing channels to reach prospective advertisers.
You’ll identify growth opportunities, launch tests, and build strategy to help achieve our goal of acquiring advertisers through scaled marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
Drive the strategy for the Americas region, leveraging research and insights to develop and execute pilots in order to achieve business goals
Manage budgets and business forecasting; own business and acquisition volume key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering on goals
Manage research and/or creative agency relationships
Own communications with global/regional media teams and agency partners on reporting, sharing results, and best practices
Align with other channel owners on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) acquisitions team to identify growth opportunities
