Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in brand/consumer focused marketing.
Experience creating and executing business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing strategies.
Experience working with product and engineering teams to include brand positioning and consumer insights into product strategies.
Experience planning and managing large-scale, complex projects, and coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional team members, both internal and external, to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.
Ability to work well with data and analysis of marketing program results.

Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Chromebooks and Chrome OS, you will be leading key core product marketing initiatives to increase Chromebook global sales in partnership with Google product teams.

Partner with product and engineering teams to build a competitive Chrome OS value proposition based on consumer insights and intel.
Lead consumer research to uncover insights about users and translate into compelling product features and marketing messaging.
Develop product positioning of Chromebooks in the industry and lead marketing programs to increase brand consideration and sales.
Develop product marketing strategies to communicate Chrome OS feature benefits to new and existing users.
Partner with cross-functional product teams (Android, Assistant, Google Workspace, Play, Hardware, etc.) to develop product roadmap and go-to-market plans.
