Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or corporate development.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in partnering and influencing cross-functional teams throughout Product, Engineering, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal and Operations.
Firm business and product instincts, bringing both market insights, and an understanding of the ecosystem to provide a big picture perspective of the business.
Excellent multi-tasking, project management, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills, with ability to bring information via hard data, statistics, and business judgement.

The Google Cloud CISO team is the Integrated Risk, Security, Compliance, and privacy team within Cloud. In partnership with the wider teams in Alphabet, our mission is to secure the Cloud, secure the customer, and secure the planet. As the Product Operations Lead, you will leverage skills in strategy, analytics, executive communication, influence, and business operations to help Google Cloud CISO leaders make data-informed decisions, establish team processes, and build the infrastructure for a growing organization. You will develop close partnerships with Google Cloud CISO leadership, defining the team’s priorities, setting the operating cadence and owning strategic projects from end to end.
Responsibilities
Work with colleagues in functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to inform and influence their decision making. Research and synthesize industry intelligence to communicate market-wide insights that influence strategy.
Oversee operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization. Identify problems and issues proactively across organizations and create programs and processes to solve them. Work with Product, Engineering and Sales leaders to manage creation and execution of goals.
Act as an ambassador for leadership, helping to distill and cascade core tenets of our strategy to a variety of cross-functional teams. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in addressing and resolving problems, determining appropriate escalation paths to drive contributions.
Partner closely across many functions, including Product and Engineering, Program Management, Communications, PR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal and Operations, to support leadership.
